Connecting by Text/phone

Telephone communication offers numerous advantages, including convenience, real-time interaction, and the ability to convey emotions and tone. However, it also has its disadvantages, such as the lack of non-verbal cues, potential for miscommunication, and dependency on good signal.

We could connect by text or phone for short organizational questions regarding scheduling, meeting or short pricing questions or discussions. Pricing questions and/or discussions should be confirmed by E-Mail.

online platform

“Yes, the times have changed, and we can now use an online cloud-based video communication platform.

I primarily work with Microsoft Teams, but as most people know, we can use almost any platform available on the web. I can send video links, and you can send them to me as well. This means we have nearly endless possibilities in terms of providers.”

face to face

“All three of the communication methods mentioned above can lead to a face-to-face meeting, which can be arranged at a later stage in the design process.

Customers who live approximately 50 km away from Bowen Island may choose to visit for a scenic day trip. We can meet at a lovely coffee shop where you can enjoy coffee, hot chocolate, pralines, ice cream, or a cup of tea. In some cases, I have even met customers halfway, at a restaurant in White Rock, BC (for example). All of these options are possible as part of the process of designing and handcrafting your unique jewelry art piece.”
